Refund & Return Policy – Mr. Marketers
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mr. Marketers. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before returning any item.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Journals, notebooks, or planners that have been written in or show signs of use.

Pens and pencils that have been used, inked, or sharpened.

Accessories that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.

Gift cards.

Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.

How to initiate a return

Include the following information in your email:

Your order number.

The name of the item you wish to return.

The reason for the return.

Photos of the item showing its current condition (if the item is damaged or defective).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Do not send your item back before receiving approval from our team.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can arrange this for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days after your item arrives at our return facility.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notice, please check with your bank or credit card company first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.

Wrong item received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to send the correct item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

International returns

For customers outside the United States, please note that return shipping costs may be higher. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to us.
