Shipping & Handling – Mr. Marketers
We want to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. This page explains our shipping rates, processing times, and delivery expectations. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier. If you do not receive this email within 4 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method you select. We offer the following standard options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days after processing.

Exact rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain amount. Any such offer will be clearly displayed on our website. Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only and are valid only for the specified regions.

Domestic shipping

We ship to addresses within the country where our business is registered. Domestic shipments typically arrive faster than international orders. Tracking is included for all domestic shipments.

International shipping

We ship to many countries outside our home region. International customers are responsible for the following:

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

Any brokerage fees charged by the carrier.

Compliance with your country's import regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages held by customs. The shipping cost you pay at checkout covers only transportation from our facility to your local carrier. It does not include any customs-related fees.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected duties or taxes, you will remain responsible for the original shipping charges and any return fees imposed by the carrier.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at:

Include your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot file a lost package claim until a reasonable amount of time has passed, typically 15 business days after the estimated delivery date for domestic orders and 25 business days for international orders.

Incorrect shipping address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, because the carrier could not access your address or because you did not pick it up from a local post office), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to get items to you faster. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Business days and holidays

Shipping estimates are based on business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
